The Nature's Co. Sandalwood Body Lotion Review.

I feel so happy when you guys take out your time and read my posts. So today i am back with my new post . I collaborated with The Nature's Co and few days ago i received the Sandalwood body lotion with a sweet letter which i absolutely love and have been using regularly. I have included this body lotion in my daily skincare routine ☺.

So before i start with the review let me tell you why its important to moisturize skin.

We always think that moisturizing sould be done only during winters , but this concept is completely wrong. Whether its winter , summer or any season, you souldn't skip your moisturizing routine.

As we can't go a day without drinking water, our skin also needs to be hydrated. Even if your skin is oily or sensitive it needs to be moisturized and hydrated throughout the day. Moisturized skin looks healthy and does not lead to skin aging. Regular moisturization keeps skin protected , repaired and prevents wrinkles in the long run. 

So now when we know the importance of moisturizing , its important for us to find a moisturizer which works best for our skin. There are so many products available in the market and most of them say 'for dry skin' and its really confusing to find the one which would suit our skin..! 

But don't worry guys , here i introduce you to the sandalwood body lotion by the Nature's Co which is perfect for all skin types.😄 isn't is great ? Obviously YES it is♡.

Product claims :

This woody, ancient ayurvedic milestone will deeply penetrate into your skin promoting a glowing and clear skim. While its relaxing and calming properties will relieve itching and inflammation making it oil free and satiny soft.

Direction to use :

Apply it liberally and evenly, both in the morning and night. It is especially effective when applied after bathing on moist skin.

Ingredients :

Each 100 g contains

Sandalwood extracts 3% , vegetable glycerine 3% , kokum butter 2% , Vitamin-E 1%. Lotion base , aroma , natural preservatives.

Price : 625 INR for 250ml ( 8.45 fl.oz) of product.

Shelf life : 24 months from the manufacturing date.

Packaging 

The packaging of this product is simple and not that fancy or anything. The body lotion comes in a plastic rectangular bottle with a flip open brown  cap which i like as the rotating caps can be a bit messy difficult to use. The quality of the packaging is really good and doesn't look cheap at all.The bottle is translucent so you can see the actual amount of product left in it. All the details about the product is printed on the otherside of the bottle. Overall the packaging looks really neat and decent.

Texture and formulation :

The lotion is neither thick nor runny it is sumwhere in between. The lotion is not white it has a slight pink shade. It gets absorbed into the skin within seconds and doesn't feel oily or greasy at all which is the best thing about this product. It feels like you have applied nothing on your skin. This body lotion instantly makes your skin refreshed and healthy. This lotion doesn't come with any SPF which is a little dissapointing because SPF is a must for everyday skin protection. I usually apply this lotion after bathing as the skin absorbs the maximum moisture at that time.

                                 

Fragrance 

 This lotion smells like sandalwood 😅 (as the name sandalwood lotion). It might be an issue for people with sensitive nose but not for me as i like woody fragrances. After application the smell stays for a really long time so thumbs up for this 👍👍.

Pros : 

*very light on skin, doesn't feel oily or greasy.

*makes your skin glowing and refreshed

*instantly makes your skin soft and healthy

*Packaging is good and travell friendly

*sweet fragrance which stays for a really long time.

Cons:

*bit expensive

*No SPF

                                 

Overall i found this product really good as it keeps my skin soft and smooth throughout the day. If you have very dry skin you might need to reapply twice or more. I would recommend this to everyone who loves using natural products , as this product is worth the price.
